Penguin Pond Sealing at Perth Zoo

Another use of Global Urethane's protective coatings is in pond sealing. The penguin plunge pool at Perth Zoo in Australia was covered with algae and falling apart.

Old Penguin Enclosure

Global Urethane Services coated the pond with elastomer. The elastomer provides a seamless, leak proof coating over the entire surface. It is adaptable to the irregular profile of the pond and has excellent adhesion to the surface being sealed. It also has good chemcial resistance.
